Due to an issue with PayPal and DG Scene, I've adjusted the entry fee to $47. The way DG Scene adds fees onto entry fees does not meet PayPals acceptable use policy. The PDGA is actively working to resolve the issue. The PDGA recommended making the adjustment I've explained above to help TDs avoid disruptions in their PayPal accounts.
