Do we know the final 9 layouts yet? Specifically for MA40, I know we play the little American long, but is it 1-9? 10-18? Something in between?

Final 9 layouts are: LA Long: Holes 1-9 LA Crew: Holes 1,2,12-18

Looks like caddie book has LA Long Final 9 as 9-11 and 13-18
