This is a singles sanctioned league that combines singles play with a team format. Each player will play one round at the assigned course. The club associated with the assigned course will be the "host" for that week and be in charge of registration and check in as well as hole assignments and special layouts/instructions. Each player MUST play the same layout on the same day.

*We are in the process of trying to find a way to allow make-up rounds. This will be announced if we can come to an agreement on a feasible and fair way to conduct these.

Once scores are submitted for singles play, the below scoring format will be applied to assign points to each club.

Point Distribution for Team Play

The best 20 rounds will be awarded points accordingly-
1st- 20 pts 7th 14pts 13th 8pts 19th 2pts
2nd- 19 pts 8th 13pts 14th 7pts 20th 1pt
3rd- 18 pts 9th 12pts 15th 6pts
4th- 17 pts 10th11pts16th 5pts
5th 16 pts 11th 10pts17th 4pts
6th 15 pts 12th 9pts 18th 3pts

Points CAN be halved, ties DO NOT have to be broken, instead points will be bundled and halved. The only time a playoff MUST be completed is for 1st.

The reason for awarding points through 20th is to encourage more MEMBERS to attend. In order for a player to represent a club, said player MUST have attended at least one sanctioned or unsanctioned club hosted tournament and/or paid dues to said club. (This sport is founded on the theory of brotherhood and sportsmanship. Bringing in a “ringer” that is not truly a member of said club, undermines these efforts as well as the foundation of the sport.) If a player represents multiple clubs, it is up to the PLAYER which club he/she would like to represent that week, NOT the club.

Trophies will be awarded on an individual basis to the players who have accumulated the most amount of points and also to the club that accumulates the most points. The club trophy would be a perpetual award that would be owned by the winning club until the following year. The club that has the perpetual trophy would host the championship event the following year.

This will be a PDGA sanctioned traveling league.
