We started in the winter and we will end in the winter. 1 full year. I'm hoping to start another season, though. I have met a lot of really awesome people and have had a blast. I might try to get a little help though.

It never ends. It just keeps going and going and going. We played last winter in 20 degree temps with freezing rain and 50 mph wind gusts.

Again,with all respect to Shaggy and his contributions to our club, when did we start making "Special Considerations" to a select few players? Shaggy is my friend and I do respect him as a disc golfer. I hope he knows that. I strongly dis-agree with ANY elitist concessions being made for ANYBODY!! I have been in ABDG from the start. I have held the #26 tag as my lowest tag for ONE WEEK!! I am a good player but never expect to hold #1 EVER!! But it makes the league alot funner when I know that there are 4-5 Low Tags to be had. My fun comes from seeing players move up when they have a good game whether its 9, 18, 27 or a million holes. I have a suggestion for the club..change the "Tag Challenge" rules to ON THE SPOT!! No two week BS. No matter where or what park. If there are only 9 holes in the course,play it twice. If you are challenged for a tag, PLAY RIGHT THERE. No one keeps the same tag for two weeks. Our weekly league takes care of that. I have yet to even issue a challenge just for the simple reason that waiting two weeks is ridiculous. I can be in an Old Folks Home in two weeks, dammit!! Thats all I have to say about that...it's time for my Metamucil...

I hear ya.. thats why we are discussing it before next season. There are some new changes next year that will fix a few of these issues, such as the Misfits premium tags for the hard core members such as you TD, Toe, & members who have been with us for over a season, these tag are held to a higher standard, more to come soon.. I am putting out a club-wide call to all members to play their tag or turn it in. Mass email will go out today, though I do have several non-valid emails so we may never see those tags again..

you know if you can't get the tag from jeremy chad you should just remake it if you can and i agree when it comes to shaggy + he will play the small courses. you just have to challenge him in something different like roller challenge or safari he just wont except a regular 9 holes there so if you want to challenge shaggy there you need to switch it up make it hard cause he excepts my challenges there all the time but we never play a normal round :)~ and i get it that you have events 4 days ... more

If you dont have a tag on the line NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE, the Ace Pot should be the same as first or second time players..you win ONLY what is paid in that night. When did playing your tag become a subjective option? ITS A BAG TAG LEAGUE!! If you dont want to play for your tag,then you are a League Guest at that event. What if our league heavy hitters show up for Milo and I dont want to play my tag 186. Ca ... more

My skill level doesnt give me the chance to be #1 Tag Holder but there are lots of Peeps who do have that skill level and have very limited opportunities to play for the high tags. When the season Finals come around,there will be tons of players wanting to win money and trophies who have not met the requiremets to qualify. When they show up at the Finals,will they be denied a place? I dont give a **** who you are or what your damn tag # is!!! If you are so gifted at disc golf,bring your happy ass to League Wednesday and keep your tag. We have over 200 tags out and only 20-25 FULL TIME PLAYERS!! REALLY?? How about Bag Tags for the EVERY WEEK or 3 TIMES A MONTH or ANY CHANCE I CAN type players? They pay the Ace Pots. THEY MAKE THE LEAGUE WHAT IT IS!!! Screw the "I'm too good for that park" players. Screw the "Head-Hunters" that show up for huge Ace Pots. Having the most members or the most Bag Tag holders doesnt mean **** when only a VERY FEW members ever show up to play for tags. I personally would prefer to be the smallest tag league and have at least the slim, if any chance to be # 1. Make a league that caters to the players not the "Trophy Tag Holders". I'm sure this will not be accepted by some Peeps but it is really a counter-productive approach to Bag Tags to continue the Status Quo. The very first idea to Bag Tags is TO HAVE FUN!! I for one,am having less fun as the League Elite become more and more exempt from the FUN PART. This is not meant as a rant to our club but rather to the abuse of its rules and members. I dont mean to offend or critisize. Just make my opinion heard.

There are allot of complaints going around the inner city parks such as Vance, Rockwood & Leverich about there not being any low tags or people paying them. That is why we do events 4 days a week and if you cant make it out at least once a month or post a bagtag round at least once a month, you should not be eligible for fin ... more

Some players, such as our beloved Shaggy, refuse to put in tags on 9 hole courses. Which seems fair, as long as they are willing to accept a challenge or put their tags in at rounds at courses bigger than 9 holes. And I like that idea about he ace pot Chad...

I gave up trying to get hat tag back from Jeremy.. Ive asked him several times in email, dgscene & facebook. If you see him with the tag, try & get it back.. It is not a trophy! In my opinion glow ace pot should be something like this: If it i your 1st or 2nd time to glow the ace should be limited to that days buy in if you hit it. otherwise it should be limited to $50 or $100 for non bagtagers (depending on how large the pot is). another thing to think about should be low tag hording there are many of peps that have had there low tags for a long time and never seem to put them up for challenges like camo and jermy F tag #1 and #2 if they are so great then they shouldn't have no problem defending it. but do they....O NO camo comes to glows and all he is there for most of the time is the ACE POT i get that but most of us there have beat him before because of that and he never puts his #1 tag up i don't know on ho ... more

I know this makes things harder on Rage, he has to keep tabs and then do the math instead of just handing over the ace pot, but we are all tired of it getting big and then ace chasers coming in and taking all our money. And those ace chasers also fill our tiny 9 hole courses up so that every throw is a danger to oth ... more

Sooo... A few of us was wondering about some rule changes for next season... And I think this would be a great time to have them considered with 3months left in the season.... So, being said, how about some ideas?
