4.22.18 SEASON FINALE RECAP!! STATE BERTH!!

It was a crazy season with even crazier weather!! But as you know, us pirates will not be stopped! We had a total of 94 pirates join us at the 19 different courses we played throughout the season! Big CHA! to all of you, it was truly awesome!

We closed it out on the shores of Barbosa White's legendary course! We had 21 pirates and taking down the W with a -13 was Hepler/Pizi! There were 7 CTP/Longest putts. I cant remember who all won them but I do know that "B" took 3 of them ... more

Now for the best part! we had 2 berths to Michigan state finals to give away!! I cannot believe that all these pirates let 2 counsel members take them, I mean really guys & gals, how could you let that happen?

Your 2017/2018 24 CHA!NS league Champion is yours truly, SCOTTIE RESLOCK!! YAY ME!! And yes, I will be taking my berth!

4.15.18 RECAP!! TRUE PIRATE WARRIORS!!

We play in some pretty crappy conditions but this weeks installment of 24 Cha!ns was one of the craziest rounds we have done. A mighty CHA! to all 13 pirates that braved the ice storm and traveled to Robert Morris for this ill advised round! The round was a mix of ice, snow & rain in random intervals! Anything that could be covered in ice WAS covered in ice! We played 18 grueling holes, coming out on top with the only negative score was Kerns/Pizi with a -2, good stuff! Taking the 50/50 & ... more

4.1.18 WATERWORKS & 4.8.18 RIVER BENDS RECAP!!!

It has been a crazy couple weeks (thus why am recapping 2 weeks at once) but it has been fun!

Our final $5 Freddy round happened to fall on Easter & April Fools day! As such, the Easter Bunny made a pit stop at Waterworks to hide some treats & shenanigans for us! Congrats to all who found the hidden plunder! Also, thank you Swimmer & Chilly for the CTP's! We had 21 pirates and we played 18 holes whites & reds. Taking down the W was Timmy/Whats? with a -10, good stuff boyz ... more

Zombie took a pre-round CTP of some amazing beer provided by Swimmer, as did Timmy which ended up being 5 Bud Lites & and rocks in a Disc Catcher Box provided by Chilly! lol Trout took 50/50, B & Rico took merch, Matt Bates took the Chilly CTP & Stanial took $17.97 in Quarters!

Next we have our round at River Bends! We had 16 pirates sail to Utica for a great (and long) round! We played 28 holes (27 to make entering scores easier). Tying for the win was Swooptron & Puttimmy, each with -9, nice shootin! Kerns took 50/50, Swimmer took Merch & Phipps won $23.52 in Quarters!

Don't forget to sign up for Battle at the Bay coming up in a couple weeks! There is a sweet players pack & food provided for lunch! Plus it is going to be a super fun event! Also, Sage Creek this Sunday for league, DON'T MISS OUT, CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Alright you dirty pirates, time to set sail for Memphis, MI where we have been invited to play a private course known as Sage Creek! This is going to be an incredibly fun round so cancel your plans, drop the kids off and get your butts in gear because your not gonna want to miss this! 3.25.18 ADDISON OAKS!! TEE OFF 10AM!!

The votes are in and it was pretty clear where everyone wanted to go this week! We are steering the ship up to Leonard, MI to defile one of the best courses in SE Michigan, Addison Oaks! I do suggest everyone get down on some carpooling because it is $10 per car (unless you live in Oakland County, then it is $5). See you dirty pirates there, CHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Thank you everyone for coming out on an amazing Sunday morning! 23 pirates came out to enjoy the sun. We played 28 holes in total, and it only took about 5 hours to play! lol Taking the win, tied at -12 a piece was Hepler/Demory & Big C/Reslock! Taking the CTP's are: Sherpa (Merch), Hepler (Merch), Timmy (50/50) & Kerns (Merch). Quarters went to Randy with $34 and some change (and bottle caps lol)

This week we will be headed to the Gulch to fulfill our weekly dose of CHA! Lots o places to hit trees so bring them quarters! CHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

2.25.18 RECAP!! 3.4.18 WATERWORKS FLOODING ISSUE / LAKESHORE INSTEAD!!

It is always great to go and see new courses! Makes it a little tough when you have to do it in 25 mph wind but hey pirates could care less am I right!? 10 pirates made the pilgrimage to Reed Park, we played 21 holes in total, 18 regular + 3 we added for fun! Taking the W with a steamy E is Kerns/Phipps, Very nice shooting!

We were 21 pirates deep at Indy, we played 25 holes from the mids and slaughtering everyone by at least 8 strokes was Puttimus/Kerns with a nasty -18, damn boyz!! Taking the 50/50 was Pizi, Phipps snagged the J Tron CTP, Brian Fallon won Merch, and Phipps also took $23.12 in "Quarters" & no aces for once!!

Another great round in the books! Thank you Jub Jub & Anslie for hosting our league! It was tons of fun and I am pleased to announce that not 1 disc was lost in the foot of snow we played in, NOT A SINGLE DISC!! 14 pirates came out and we played the 18 short layout. Winning the day, tied at -12 was Puttimus/Reslock & Jub Jub/Chilly, great shooting indeed! Of course it wouldn't be Pirate Camp without someone smashing an ace right? 2.11.18 THE FARM HOUSE!! TEE OFF 10AM!!

Alright ya dirty pirates! We have been invited to play the Farm House this Sunday. The Farm house is located in Ann Arbor just off of Zeeb Rd & 94. If you remember back to November we raided Church league for the DGLA league series kickoff there. This time however, we will be playing it MOB style! Gonna be tons of fun so make sure you can make it. I will work on getting an official address so stay tuned for that. This is a heavy tree course so don't forget those quarters, CHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

1.21.18 RECAP!! 1.28.18 THE MURRAY LINKZ!! 10AM TEE OFF!!

Well, you part time pirates really missed out on a fun day! A good portion of the snow has melted, the temperature was pleasant, didn't get rained on, and best of all we got to play with macro discs! We had 8 die hard pirates come for shenanigans, taking the W was Ben Calhoun/Reslock (mostly Calhoun lol) with a -6!! Well, you part time pirates really missed out on a fun day! A good portion of the snow has melted, the temperature was pleasant, didn't get rained on, and best of all we got to play with macro discs! We had 8 die hard pirates come for shenanigans, taking the W was Ben Calhoun/Reslock (mostly Calhoun lol) with a -6!! Joe Phipps took both CTP's & quarters (think it was roughly $8 or $9 and a few bottle caps)!

This week we have been invited to sweet private course called the Murray Linkz! There is limited parking since it is a private residence so we will need to figure out some carpooling arraignments. So please feel free to discuss in the comment section, CHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!

Another wonderful round of fighting the elements and getting rip on! Big thanks to Bo Fought & T Pills for taking the time to shovel & salt the pads for us, super cool of you guys! We had 17 pirates come out to Big Portage. We played 19 holes, there was a 3 way tie for the W which was: Kerns/Scar, Reslock/Puttimus, Pizi/"B" all with -9, good stuff! Bo took Merch CTP & _______ took the 50/50 & Hepler getting $28.92 from the quarter sack!

Thank you to all the pirates who braved the cold, it was nasty!! An even bigger thanks to Erin Shaffer for brining us coffee in the middle of the round, it was a lifesaver!! I don't recall what the real feel was but it was in the -10/ -15 range, ouch! We played reds twice (as fast as we could) and coming out on top was Big Tex/Dan Lee with a -8, good shooting fellers! This week we will be headed to Bandi for our annual disc exchange! Rules are bring a new disc ($15-$20 in value) wrapped. You can go above & beyond if you so choose. At the conclusion of the round we will go from best to worst score and everyone who brought a present will get a present. Also there will be a $10 optional buy in for the CTP's that will be on every hole and for the ace pool that will be paid out that day either by hitting an ace or a throw off at the end. Tied for the win we have Brian Fallon/Mark Ritchey & Ron Howard/Brian Merry at -10 nice shootin! Brian Merry took a Merch & 50/50 CTP & Brain Fallon took the other Merch CTP.
