7/16/2020 Thursday Singles Finale

We had 17 people come out to McCourtie Park for 18 holes of singles on the last day of the finale of Thursday Night Singles. It was hot but it didn't rain.

Three people shot the hot round of -4 and tied for first place. Jared Stoll won the throw off and took $20 for first place. Baw Beast got second in the throw off and took $15 for second. Otis took the CTP on hole 4 and won an E-Mac Truth donated by Jared Stoll. Zach won the $9 cash CTP on hole 15. Tpills won the $8 cash CTP on hole 7. Jared won the $10 merch CTP on hole 6. Aaron Heath won the special mystery CTP on hole 10 which was the old league suitcase.

As it was the last day of Thursday Night Singles, we have the results of the league. Casey Cook took first place with 107 points. Nice season Casey! Bryce Harrell and Baw Beast tied for second place with 91 points. Jeff Kennedy took fourth place with 60 points. Because Casey and Baw Beast are not taking berths, Bryce Harrell and Jeff Kennedy will be getting the two berths to the Michigan State Championships! Congratulations guys!

We will be running Thursday Night Doubles starting next Thursday at Ella Sharp Park at 5:30pm. See you out there!

7/9/2020 Thursday Singles

We had 19 people out to Ella Sharp Park this Thursday for 18 holes of singles. It rained a little before the round but the big thunderstorm waited till we were done. It was super hot and humid.

Casey Cook had the hot round of -5 for the win and $23. J-Grow was hot on his tail with a -4 to get second and $18. Randy Bentley and Pete Crist tied at -3 and had a throw off. 7/2/2020 Thursday Singles

We had 17 players come out to McCourtie Park this last Thursday for 18 holes of singles. The weather was hot and the mosquitoes are back in force.

Casey cooked up a spicy hot round shooting -8 for first place and $20. Elijah Wykes shot a -3 for second and $15. Kankles tied Otis at -2. Kankles won the throw off and took $12 for third. Otis took $10 for fourth. Big Country and J-Grow both shot even par and threw off for last cash. Big Country won the throw off and took $5.

We had 17 players come out to McCourtie Park this last Thursday for 18 holes of singles. The weather was hot and the mosquitoes are back in force.

Kelly Laderoot took the CTP on hole one for a MVP spin. J-Grow won both of the cash CTPs on holes 17 and 8 and got $17. Aaron Heath got the $15 merch CTP on hole 9.

Ace Pool is up to $74. We are at Ella Sharp Park next Thursday at 5:30pm. They have been doing some brush hogging and mowing at Ella Sharp and the course is in pretty good shape because of it. See you out there!

6/25/2020 Singles

We had 16 people come out this Thursday for 18 holes of singles at Ella Sharp Park. The weather was cooler, the mosquitoes were not bad and they even started to brush hog the course!

We had 16 players come out to Mccourtie Park for 18 holes of singles. The weather was great, the mosquitoes were thick in the woods.

Jared Stoll shot a -7 and took home $22 for first place. Big Country shot a -5 for second place and took $15. Casey Cook tied Joel Coppernoll at -4. Casey won the throw off and took $12 third place money. Joel took $10 for fourth. Otis shot a -3 and won $5 last cash.

We had 21 players come out to Ella Sharp Park for 18 holes of singles this Thursday. The weather was perfect.

Jared Stoll and Big Country tied at the top at -6. Jared won the throw off and took $24 first place money. Big Country took $17 for second place. Joel Coppernoll shot a -4 for third place and $15. Congrats Paul with the ace on hole 1, taking home $182 out of the ace pool. Nice backhand skip ace!

There is $20 left in the ace pool. We are out at Mccourtie Park next Thursday at 5:30pm. The whole park has been mowed and Otis and Elijah put some extra work in to clean some stuff up and they took care of the water on hole 15's tee pad.

6/4/2020 Singles

We had 14 people come out to Mccourtie Park for 18 holes of singles this Thursday. We had a little bit of rain but it just cooled us off. The mosquitoes, however, were unforgiving.

Big Country and Casey the Cook tied at the top with a score of -3. Big Country won the throw off and took $20 first place money while Casey took $13 second place money. Elijah Wykes shot a -1 for third place and $10. Cheeks shot even par for fourth place and $8. Bill Cottrell shot a +1 to take $5 last cash. ... more

Singles this Thursday at Mccourtie 6/11/2020

The stay at home order is over and we can gather in groups up to 100 outdoors so long as we social distance between each other while out at the course. Stay at least 6 feet apart from anyone not in your household and refrain from high fives and handshakes or touching each other or each other's equipment. We are running Singles tomorrow and the weeks to follow. Stay safe and we'll see you out there!

Stay At Home Order Continues, League pushed back again

We will be complying with the Stay At Home Order and postponing Leagues until the order is lifted. Sorry for the inconvenience. We all want to get back out there.

Berth Run League Start Pushed Back

With everything that is going on, we are not going to start Thursday Berth Run League any earlier than April 16th. We will keep you posted if this date gets pushed back again. Sorry if you want to get out and play leagues, but we feel this is the responsible thing to do.
