2018 Deer Lakes PDGA League

"Card was Jimbo, myself, Mike and Lea. We started on hole 10. Mike took 1st place and tore it dahn again with a smokin' hot round -4/62 from the blue tees. Inches low on so many putts around 20 ft (1z I shouldn't miss), grrr. Jimbo and tied for 4th and got $8 a piece. I hit CTP for the 2nd week in a row and won $31. Pickle round/challenge 50 for the season. Started with pickle 74 and ACB 2. Ended with pickle #47 and ACB #2. 914 PDGA rated round from blue tees. End of DL league for the season."

"Card was myself (65/-1), Adam (63/-3) and Matthew (66/par). Started on hole 10. Had to dig myself out of a hole (nothing new). Was 4th of 7. Had 5 birdies. Average day. High points were I had a great 2nd shot on 9. Landed 3 ft from A pin. Crushed my drive on 18. About 15 ft shy of the wood line + had a good upshot. Normal gripes for the day. Started with Pickle #38 and Acb #2. Ended with pickle #76 and ACB forgot to switch tags with Jimbo. Pickle tag challenge/round 47 for the season. 908 PDGA rated round."

"Card was Josh G (65/-1), Steve S (72/+6) and myself (67/+1). Started on hole 1. Came in 3rd of 8. Was -1 going into hole 16, grrr. Good throw, bad throw the whole time + my putts weren't on again. Josh even said I was off today compared to all the other times he saw me. Wow did he finish strong. He hit some very nice putts. Started with pickle tag #42 and ACB #6. Ended with Pickle #41 and ACB #2. Pickle tag challenge/round 45 for the season. 894 PDGA rated round."

"Card was Jeff (63/-3), myself (66/par) and Josh W (76/+10). We started on hole 10. I was -4 after 8 holes. 6 birdies and I ended up par :( . Tied for 3rd of 6 Won $5. Matt won with -5. Started and ended with Pickle #42 and ACB #6. Pickle tag challenge/round 43 for the season. 902 PDGA rated round"

"Card was myself (59/-7), Josh G (70/+4) and Matthew H (64/-2). I was bogey free!! So close to getting the birdie pot. Got 3 (1,6 & 10) of 4, missed 17. Kyle had a hot -6 and I beat him by 1. Stayed on or very near the fairway all day. Made some clutch putts from 30' to 40'. I had to miss a 20'er on 7 for bird, grr. Was 1st of 5 and won $14. Started and ended with pickle #42 and ACB #6. Pickle tag challenge/round 42 for the season. Forgot to get ACB tag from Zack. Highest rated round to date. 960 PDGA rated round."

"Card was Jeff (63/-3), Matthew (59/-7), myself (61/-5) and Kyle (64/-2). We started on hole 10. It was a nice tight game. Hole 2 the drive, the up and 3 putt were all horrible. Besides that I had a descent round. Missed a few putts but rather than that. My drives were good today for the most part. Came in 2nd of 4, won $10. Started and ended with Pickle #20. Forgot to get the #5 ACB from Stella, no big deal. Pickle challenge/round 40 for the season. 923 PDGA rated round"

"Card was Matthew (+2/68), myself (62/-4) and Brad S (66/even). Did pretty good today. Made a few clutch putts from outside the circle and missed 1 about 15' away. Had my farthest drive bh on 18 today. About 20' short of where the fairway narrows. Hit some narrow lanes. I was 1st of 4. Won $14. Started and ended with Pickle #20 and ACB #6. Pickle challenge/round 38 for the season. 917 PDGA rated round"

"Card was Matthew (-2), Mike V (-2) and myself (-1). Started on hole 8. I was making a descent amount of putts from circles edge (or farther). My upshots could have been better. 893 PDGA rated round"

"Card was Matthew H (63), Jimbo J(67) and myself (66). Started on hole 10. Had a bit of everything going on. Only thing I'm consistent at is being inconsistent. I really need to do some field work. I know I can get more consistent. IUP Jeff tore down Advanced with a -7/59 !! Stella and I tied for 3rd of 6. Got $5 back. Started and ended with Pickle #71. Challenge/round 35 for the season. Ratings are odd. I don't think it should differ cause of how good/bad the rest of the field did that day. Last rated round here I got a +1 and a 897.This time around I throw even and get a lower rating? Oh, a few pins did change I forgot). 884 PDGA rated round"

"Card was Myself (62/-4), Matthew (70/+4), Jeff (64/-2) and Jimbo (69/+3). Adv. div. I came in 1st of 4. Started on hole 1. Finally! It's been 6 weeks since I threw under par here. I missed 2 putts 15 ft or less away, GRRRRR. Hole 8 I parked the drive (maybe 8 ft) on the 2nd tier of the pyramid and freaking missed it. Started and ended with Pickle tag #51 and ACB #6. Pickle challenge/round 33 for the season. Won $14. 930 PDGA rated round"

"Idk what's happening. I think it's mental. Need consistency. Only Matt and I signed up for Adv. so we decided just to do open. Card was Jarret J (-8), Matthew H (-1) and myself (+1). Started on hole 9. Going into the last hole I was -1. I went for bird and went ob. Putt 2 more times. Tired of scrambling to save par from +25. Started and ended with Pickle tag 47. Challenge/round 28 for season. Started with ACB 6 and ended with ACB 5. Tied Dan H for 8th of 9. PDGA 875 rated round"

"started on 10. Card was Myself, Jeff (+3), Adam (+1) and Matthew (+1). I'll never learn my lesson, GRRRR. Started with Pickle tag #24 and ACB #6. Ended with Pickle #47 and ACB #6. Pickle tag round/challenge 27 for season. I hit at least a dozen trees and still ended up not too bad. Whole card had a bad day. Adam hit a sweet upshot for eagle on hole 16. He also made a couple 40 to 50 ft putts. I made a couple 40ish ft putts. 876 PDGA rated round"

"Card was Josh W, Zach S and myself. Came in 5th of 5 with +3. I made some really good par saves today and a lot of missed birds/putts that were make-able. Hit a 75' putt on 12 for bird. Plain and simple, gotta stop the bogeys. PDGA 891 rated round"

"Finally an Advanced field. Card was Matthew H (68), Chris H (66)and myself (64). Adam C and I tied for last cash (2nd) getting $11 a piece. Josh W took it with a 63. Started and ended with Pickle tag #15 and ACB #3. Pickle challenge/round 24 for the season."

"No one is signing up for advanced so I signed up for Open :( again. Card was Josh W, myself, J Gary and Zach S. Tied with BJ for 5th of 8. Josh beat me by 1 both weeks. Got an eagle on hole 10. Was pin high about 17' out off the drive. Had eagle attempts on holes 9 and 14 (4" higher). Started with Pickle #25 and ACB #3. Ended with Pickle #52 and ACB #3. Pickle challenge/round 22 for the year. I'm getting me some cash next week, damn it"
