March 9 league cancelled, final league March 16

Someone had the bright idea to play outside today, and that sounds like a good idea. However, next week is the last scheduled putting league of the season, so that's still on. Word on the street is there will be some free beer. Since we're skipping this week, next week will also be double points.

Enough with the snow

Side lot will be at half capacity unless someone wants to plow it for fun.

Nappy Yew Hear

The streak is broken, thanks in no small part to Rick Boyd. If you didn't show up this week you missed out on some good guacamole. Probably won't do brackets for 5 teams that way again since last place actually won one, oh well.

Points

Stink it up or take first, alternate every week, good plan.

People have asked how the points work. It's pretty basic; everyone gets a point for showing up and two for each win. So first place doesn't necessarily get the most points, and byes can get you cash without many points. Person with the most points at the end of the season will get some cool trophy.

Putting League starts Wednesday

Going to be nice and dark now, so putting league is on. Wednesday won the vote pretty resoundingly, so we'll get going at 6:30 on the 4th.
