The Teepads aren't concrete as the land-owners won't allow it but they have artificial grass on them and it works well.
The sand base means that its dry 12 months of the year.. and it is a beautiful course with views of the biggest harbour in the Southern Hemisphere. Short grass, on site proshop, amazing coffee and customer service.. well worth the trip.
