This course could be excellent with some upkeep, tee pads, and usage on the white and blue tees to break in the course. The signage is excellent, though a direction sign or two wouldn't hurt through the woods. Holes 1-13 are wooded, sometimes heavily. Holes 14-18 are much more open. The course has three tees - red, white, and blue. Reds are average length, whites are long, and blues are crazy long. 3 sets of tees (Red, white, blue) I played the red tees. Fun with tight & open fairways. Mostly small, tight greens. Fairways were cut by Park staff but some weedeating needed on tighter fairways.
3 sets of nice tee signs with color top to ID natural tees. White & blue tees on every hole make those very challenging & very long. Blues 8000 ft!
Needs a course pro to take course ownership & work with Parks Dept.
Overall very nice small town park.
