THE CEMENT TEES ON THE LONGS ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN FOR USE!

THANK YOU to The NEO DISC GOLF ALLIANCE and every single player that participated in the NEO Frozen Fingers Fairway Charity Tour 2015. The donation went directly into the course on August 27. The donation payed for 10 cement tee and there will be a new larger course map and additional sign at the at the main sign. Thank you again to the NEO DISC GOLF ALLIANCE for helping me complete this project.

The course is really starting to get in great shape. I have been clearing out smaller trees and opening up some new routes. I've recently done a lot of work on hole 8, 9,10 14 and 16. #8 now has a route through the trees on the right, and lower branches have been removed. #9 and 10 I removed several small treas around the baskets. #14 short tee was moved to give you a view of the basket and several small trees where removed from the left side of the fairway. #16 there is a new hyzer route o ... more

Holes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 17, and 18 now have cement on the longs. The remaining 10 hole should have cement with in the next week. Please be patient with the back-filling around the tees. That will be a priority once all the tees are poured.

Recently there has been some vandalism again. #2 long is now missing the tees sign. Luckily these are only temp signs. Permanent signs will be a winter project. Several trees have been bent over, damaged and had limbs ripped off. Please do not destroy the trees. I am being very cautious of the trees I remove as not to ruin the integrity of the course and maintain the beauty of the park. If you would like to help me remove trees come to a work day! And PLEASE pack out what you pack in. There are dumpsters by hole #1, 18 area, 4, 5, 6 area and 7, 8 area.

I am trying to get a regular group of players that could help with the general maintenance of the course. please contact me if interested. I don't need you for hard physical labor just fairway cleanup and things like that.

I have been getting some great feedback lately. It drives me to make the course the best it can be. Keep the feedback coming, the good and bad.

A big thanks to Alex Colucci for coming out and helping Saturday. We got alot done.Tee pads are getting really close, gravel has been placed on all 18 longs in prep for the pads. Tee pads will take the course to a new level. Also I've working on thinning out smaller trees on the side of the fairway. After the tees are in my main focus will be widening the fairways and opening up new routes. 14 Short tee will also be moving to a new location where the basket will be in view from the tee. 16 ... more

I'm looking for some help Saturday morning at the Grassman. Cement tees are very close and i need to do some work on 14 long to get it ready. I would also like to do some general cleanup and some tree and limb removal. and of course play one round.
I may also be able to get out there Sunday mooring too.

Had a lot of fun out there yesterday - course plays tough but I liked it. Thanks to Scott for finding my horrible Teebird shot on 18 - I love that disc. My friend also threw a yellow champ roc 3 in the water on 6 that we couldn't fish out. His name and number are on it if anyone finds it. I'll be back soon - fun time.

Did some measuring for the long tee areas, and it looks like everything should work out great. There should be plenty of room around each long tee and not much leveling to do. Hole 1, 6, 11, 14 need some leveling. Holes 1 and 14 will need small walls built to create a level surface. I already have the supplies I need to do most of the leveling. ( tee pad frames are being build and a crushed asphalt base will be under each tee. Most of the tees will be put on top of the ground and a large surface ... more

I'll be headed to the Grassman around 6pm Monday to start prepping the first 9 tee areas for cement. I'll be measuring and cleaning up. If anyone can help let me know.

Check out the video Chip F posted in the video tab it features me, Chip F., and Jeff M. !! Oh and just so you guys know Scott is the man for all his hard work on this course and he even recovered my groove that I lost on hole 6 the first time I played this course a year ago! Can't wait to go back!!
