I'm going to grade this course more harshly than I would normally grade a course because of one giant glaring problem that needs addressed as soon as anyone involved in the maintenance of this course can do so. I'm going to grade this course more harshly than I would normally grade a course because of one giant glaring problem that needs addressed as soon as anyone involved in the maintenance of this course can do so. That problem is that a very nice giant playground was built in the very center of the fairway of the signature hole of this course (course was installed first, so this is not the course designer's fault). It is too dangerous to throw the hole when children are present and on any nice day, there are dozens of people on the playground. I'm certain that the park planners must not have understood this danger and the fact that hole 17 was the best feature of their disc golf park by far or they would have placed the playground elsewhere. So, a hole 17 redesign is badly needed and unfortunately the best feature of this course will be no longer. This course is a challenging park style layout if you play OB on and over paths and creeks and surrounded by water or farmland and off the property. If not, it couldn't be duller. If a lot of trees were planted strategically, this course could be a lot more fun. But, having watched how this property has been managed, I don't expect that it will. I will improve my rating on this course to C if they fix the problem with hole 17. It does have decent tee pads and nice baskets. The signage is good, but I would prefer if the signage indicated the OB. The ground is low lying so almost the entire park will be squishy if there have been recent rains; head on down to Markle if it has rained recently and you have a choice of destination.
