Lots of water, on an old ball golf course, the teepads are nice but every hole is at or near 300' making your tee shots repetitive. There is hardly any elevation or trees. The water surrounding many of the holes is what makes it interesting.

9 hole permaanent course is short and somewhat technical with water and road ob, / ownership has changed at the property and I believe currently the property is now reopened and the hope to bring back the 21 hole champion layout for Ohio Ams again in the future / the land and ponds around the 9 hole permanent hole course makes up the championship level course played at Ohio AMS where tee length ranges from 200 ft to 600+ feet and most if not every hole have OB and hazards to deal with. If straight and flat sub 300 foot holes are your thing, then this is the course for you! OB's make it a little more interesting but probably more frustrating as it's nearly impossible to find your discs in the shallow but mucky water. The temp course that’s set up for the Ohio Am Championship does improve upon the permanent layout. The well water served at the resort also tastes like poo, I would suggest bringing your own.
