Does anyone play here? Leagues, clubs, anything?

Vance Wonser   April 10, 2016 at 6:41pm

Quite a few of us play. It's often fairly busy. As far as I know there are not currently any leagues or clubs going. Wish there were. There is a tourney mid may.

Chelsea Newton   May 22, 2016 at 12:31am

There is double league on Wednesdays at 5:45

Jimmy Gough    May 16, 2014 at 12:21pm

Hole 9 has been moved back and to the right. Please keep it there. You may not like it but it gives the course a lil more challenge. If they were all easy everyone would play DG

Its a very short course. Longest hole is 309ft and the rest are between 150 and 290 ft. Lots of trees though.

Yeah I agree. People need to to start picking up their own trash. And if your playing the course don't be afraid to pick up a piece of trash or two. We want to keep our courses clean!

Dude I made a day trip Saturday n played the eagle with my girl n her kid they loved the course saw the uprooted signs almost got hit twice(was on the next teepads tho) saw the trash as well sucky runnin rampant with wild frolfers is the deal. At least the guys that almost hit us were respectable and yelled fore loud enough. That being ur best course adds to the fact that it's a shame to have ta deal with that junk

+1 for the clever comments by Som.

And then put the word out that the course is being closed because of the trash and public unruliness.

You should pull the baskets for "wetland rehabilitation" and not tell anyone and then only put it back in during the winter or for permitted events.

That is a bunch of BS, it is worth it to catch them just to beat the sh!t out of them.

Sorry to hear that Andrew, I know it is a pain, we had to deal with it in Anchorage all the time with various courses.

Welcome to my world last year! Minus the no one showing for leagues, you just need to get people lined in for those. Talk to Keegan, Ian and James to help get people out. You should talk to Bob to see if the posts can get cemented in. I probably should have done it last year and didn't. But, if they're disappearing it is probably time.

Wow talk about being discouraged...1. nobody made leagues.....more trash on the course than one two people could carry ...16 tee post missing...18's tee post pulled, hole filled in and shoved into a stump....and nobody seems to really care

Someone stole a frontside chain off basket 13 in the past two days. If anyone knows anything about it, please let me know.

That is BS, why doesn't stuff like this happen when folks like us are around? I never see it...wtf? One reason I like carrying bear spray on me, then I can douse the whole crowd.

Chris Goodrich    August 16, 2011 at 11:37am

The cop I asked tonight said hitting them in the face with a shovel would involve pretty serious legal consequences for me. I didn't ask if you guys were allowed to do it. I think I'm going to coat the wood on the posts with cayenne pepper...or maybe spray them down with bear spray. I think I'll ask that question next. I discovered today (after putting hole 10's pin back in the ground) that they had taken 12's sign out of the ground and pulled up 17's sign (the ... more
