Attention everyone!

Starting next Tuesday April 12th. We will begin our spring series of work parties to benefit both Wheatland DGC and Keizer Rapids DGC. They will start at 3pm and we will work until 6pm, (7 at the max). Please bring any and all hand tools, wheelbarrows, weed eaters, and gloves you can to help get the job done!! The more helpers the shorter the work days!

Even if can only help for an hour, everyone that plays the courses will appreciate your efforts!

Will be working on a schedule for work party's to come, soon.
Thinking Tuesday or Thursday nights, in 2 to 4 hour blocks.
So it doesn't interfere with people playing tourneys on the weekends.

Yep like I said. There will never be an open day to schedule work parties, someone will always have a league or something scheduled. But without the WP's course maintenance won't get done so, I'm choosing dates that work for me and hopefully people will be able to show up and help keep our courses playable & clean.

Found a Orange gold line Lat. 64 vision to the right side of hole 5 yesterday. Tried to call but number was disconnected, was a Washington area code. Did have a name on it let me know if you know who's it might be.

Also my girlfriend put her favorite Witness into the pond on 13. If anyone happens to find it I know she would be so excited about it.

When the pond goes down a lot, and if anyone happens to find it. I'd really appreciate getting my red MF Mamba with Huk 4 Indy stamp back, that I threw into the pond this morning.

But it's damn near right in the middle, so the pond will need some serious drying out time. Guess that's what I get for throwing with wet hands.

Nice! Cant make it but left a purple thunderbird on 15's fairway at the bend cause lighting struke right over our heads and we ran like a mofo. Lol hope u find it

Brandon skinner and I almost got hit by lightning today. No exaggeration. We ran off the course to the car to leave and left Brandon's favorite purple Thunderbird on the fairway on 15. If you find it, please call the number and/or turn it into Tiger shop.

11 and 12 are currently unreachable! There is a huge river flowing into (by 12 basket), and out of (over 12 tee pad), the pond...
11 short could be played if moved.. the pond is about a foot from touching 12s basket..
It's a whole Lotta water!

Can we stop saying 15 is a Par 4? Even I'll pay it as a 3 even though I average a 4.4 on it.
And if 15 is a 4 then 5 and 11 should be too
Sure wish 1, 11,12, and 14 would move though

I park 5 with a forehand or a roc/roadrunner turnover. That hole is like 310 ft. Never a par 4. And hole 11 gets birdied all the time. Especially with all the clearing that has been done. Hole 15 is the closest to a par 4 that course has. No one ever 2s it and it gets 4rd alot. Enough with the complaining please.

"We" won't you can though. It's up to you. Quit talking for me. According to the PDGA mr Couse designer it is on the lower edge of being a PAR 4. I will however concur that maybe 11 should be and 5 is not.

There won't any basket moving until signs get done. Hole 15 is a par 4 because it never gets 2ed.. Can we all just play disc golf and have fun.

I've only gotten a 2 on hole 15 exactly zero times. Hole 16 only had a 2 on it twice. They are both challenging in their own way but 15 is a legit shorter par 4 and 16 is a legit par 3.

And I've gotten a 2 on hole 11 twice as well on the hill. It's challenging but very doable.

We at pac west are currently in the process of making signs for Keizer rapids. There is no estimated time of completion strictly because we are trying to make a awesome design for the signs. The basket moving is not in my jurisdiction. But the best thing you guys can do is throw plastic and have fun. I mean that's what we are all here for right?

Played first 9.. hit two of the seven tee sign posts that are still present. I've said those are a hazard before and will again!
Two of the posts are missing... speaking of tee signs. When might they be installed?
