Judson Mine Disc Golf Park

A fantastic course! The scenery is beautiful and it is pretty well maintained. The shots require you to have a very long straight game. The rough is not too bad, but you will likely take a bogey if you go into it. There were plenty of holes that were close to 600 ft or so that curve slightly and make you play smart. Signage is great and there are pro and am pads. Astroterf teepads are okay. I definitely slipped a few times on my tee shot and took a bogey off of one of them, but that just happens ...

The course is technical, long and challenging. I highly recommend playing here. Just don't forget the bug spray!

This course is amazing! It is so well designed with so many great holes. Virtually every shot shape is needed to do well on this course. It relies heavily on forehand for long drives and a lot of placement shots. There isn't very many holes that are just a straight forward hyzer shots that many courses have. The rough is semi punishing, its not to heavy, but can be insane if you end up at the bottom of the hill with a million trees guarding your next shot.

Honestly this course is not as hard as i initially thought, but can still be very challenging for other people. It reminds me of a little easier bald mountain for all my Michigan peeps. This is probably my favorite course now. More fun and beautiful than brp and more challenging than bryant lake, and longer than side lake for people in MN.

Side note: Why dont people who live around here put pictures and reviews on these courses? It helps people like me who come here from out of town know that this is worth playing.
