I'm pretty sure that some trimming will happen prior to DGLO, but I'm not the one coordinating that effort.

Well, trimmed or not, everyone plays the same course.
I'm glad it's going to eventually get some attention. The original seems like it's fine except for one or two places and I haven't been on the monster in about a month so I have no idea. I remember what it looked like last year though, so I have an idea.

I really didn't Shaun- that's how "some" people reacted, like their panties had gotten in a bunch. It's a phrase. I wasn't trying to be funny about them- trying to point out their absurd reaction. I'm sure some of those same people will freak out after Scott's group goes through the course, even though they are welcomed to join them and have months of warning. It's not about making the course easier it's about making it cleaner and fair for good shots, bringing it closer to the designers' intentions.

I have been talking with the park, and so far we have a small group of golfers identified to go through hole by hole and identify the trimming that needs to happen at the mills, primarily olive trees.. Unfortunately it will not happen until after DGLO. At the very least the park recognizes the issue and is ready to deal with it.

I was talking about people who got upset when I fixed the course. They got theirs in a bunch, that was no joke. Warning him not to bother even though it needs to be done- they'll just get theirs in a bunch again. Not an attempt at humor. Calling it like It was.
