What a treat to get to play this beautiful course a week before the official opening.
Pros: Large astro turf tee boxes. Long bomber shots, hole 11 is an 1111ft long Par 5. Technical lines with certain low hanging and tight windows to get through. Challenging areas left and right, similar to Delaveaga where you want to avoid shanking left or right. Spectacular bar area overlooking the water.
Cons: The location is often pretty windy, so prepare to make adjustments. No tee signs per standard tradition of the course.

This is a very long and touchy course. I recommend watching the SF Open coverage from the DGPT to get an idea of the flow of the course. There are a lot of wide open shots but you forget that you are on a golf course 90% of the time, it really feels like a challenging and complex disc golf course that happens to also host a golf course.
