Really a dissapointing course. The layout is rather confusing the first time you play. Most tees or baskets are not clearly marked. Everything is over grown. Take discs you dont mind losing. Potential....needs some TLC

This is an underrated course. Many holes have short and long tees, with potential for pro tees. Short tees are good for true beginners and children, long tees are a test of accuracy, but that's about it. Easy course if you can hit your spots. Great baskets, Great park with all the amenities you'd need. Biggest con is the lack of course upkeep, coupled with the amount of people that can get in the way on the back 9. Favors sidearm/lefties but not overly so. Superior practice course, play i ...

I really enjoyed this course, played from longs, first round +6, +4 second round. Lots of trees, find a line and birdies fall. Awesome water hole made my day! If there were better signs and TEE PADS this course would be really fun. Baskets are mach somethings.

Great, challenging 18 hole layout spread among dense woods, over a pond, along the park edge by the highway and crossing back and forth over a ravine. Like the layout, but the tee pads and difficult navigation issues need to be improved for a better experience.

Ryan said it all. People get in the way some times and the upkeep is very poor. Im shocked i didn't loose any plastic this time. The course has potential and has seen better days. Freelander was designed to favor lefty's or forehand throwers. I used forehand shots that i would have never tried. This place is good for anybody to learn and improve.

I rate this course 3.5 out of 5 stars. Pros - Plenty of Parking and pavilions with grills. Highest quality pavilions I’ve ever seen with sunken concrete stairs and nice slanted roofs. - Bring the family! Very nice playground, the pool is huge and has a diving board. There is basketball & volleyball. Multiple baseball fields to practice your bombs in. Drinking fountains at the bathrooms. - Eye-catching Disc Golf sign by the water on Hole #9 - There are a few holes with multiple ...

This is a fun and challenging course. All wooded shots really add to course. You throw over a small pond on one of the holes. Nice elevation changes. Wear long pants and bring some bug spray. This course is worth a trip.

Really disappointed with my first play of the course. Overgrown, dense, poorly laid out. Definitely not a beginners course... Technical shots, but thick ground cover make losing discs easy.

Nice elevation changes. A lot of wooded shots with one that plays over a lake. Challenging for any level. Sometimes the course gets muddy and a little overgrown.

Over growth is starting to get bad again, but not horrible. We will plan another work day soon. "Stream" area headed to 3L has been fixed by the city which helps crossing that section.

Course is in great shape for summer. All tee boxes long and short are mulched with temporary tee signs. Overgrowth has been trimmed back. There is a new #3 long tee box.

Had a pretty awful experience this past saturday. I played this course a few years ago and it is not how I remember. Hole's are absurdly overgrown. Bridges get ridiculously slick at the slightest precipitation. Signage is horrendous. I still don't know where hole 15 is. Won't be coming back for a long time. I hope the home players step up and get this thing in shape.

Quit after playing 2 holes. Green area around #1 had grass and weeds 8-12 inches high. Hole #2 requires you to essentially slide down a hill after your tee shot. We skipped to hole #10, which is covered with weeds and poison ivy. Walked to 11, took one look, ... gave up and drove to another course. It's a shame -- I used to live in Wooster several decades ago, and they used to take great pride in their parks. This was a mess. Avoid it.

This course is not maintained in any way that I could see. The poison ivy was so thick that any item falling outside the 18" path that was hazardous. Only played 2 holes before getting out of there!

Course is great. Could use a little maintenance and if there are any Mandatory lines, markers to show them.

The worst course I have played. The tee boxes are a joke, even the new concrete ones are very short. The is very little signage. Most of the time I had no idea where to even find a tee pad and if I did then I had to figure out which way to throw. The course could be so much better. They need help, if they don't have a local club in Wayne County they need to call for the help of a neighboring club in Holmes or Summit County. If you are not familiar with it, you will have a hard time. I navigated as best I could.
