Connect with a local if you can who can show you the mandos (to the right of the tree line on hole 3) and other rules on the course. Also check out the pitch and putt course at Katepwa if you are in the valley. It has all Innova baskets and is a lot of fun as well.
This course is not located in the "Fort Campground". It is in the Ft. Qu'Appelle Kinsmen Park. It is a very short three hole course, in a small park. Baskets needed maintenance. Not recommended.
