This course has super potential, but because it is operated with non-appropriated funds there is not a lot of money put back into it. Last year, concrete tee pads were added. It is maintained by a crew of federal prisoners. Only those with military base access, and their guests, can play. It is managed by Outdoor Recreation, an organization that also rents boats and camping equipment.

This is the course where I learned to play so it has a special place in my heart. It seemed so daunting when first starting out, but it's now a great little run!
PROS:
- Nice tee pads
- Easy to follow layout
- Well-maintained course
- Some technical and some wide open holes
- Plenty of trees but fair!
CONS:
- Holes 1, 2, and 3 are waterlogged after any rain event
- Overflow parking from nearby beach cuts right across the middle of Hole 1
- Some very short holes

Overall, a great course for beginners and tough enough for experienced players to work hard and go low!

Not a long course, but challenging enough for a good time. Requires base access to play (Military ID). They just recently hosted a tournament (South of 64/Latitude 64), which was my second ever and was interesting with the introduction of OB markers.
