Thanks for clarifying things for me. I guess I did mis-read whay you wrote, my bad. I have found probably a dozen discs in the last year and always call if there is a number on it. I never ask for a reward and have only taken one when it was offered. Of all the discs I have lost, I have only ever been call one time.

The protection unit would allow me some options of placement. I can control start/stop and telephoto with the remote so I do not need to be next to camera

I feel it's always nice to have baskets moved to alt positions every so often, and it's awesome to be informed when they are!! It would also be nice to be informed when they are in official tourney layout, too...like maybe some cool signage on the board, or some updated postings on the tourney/club/course profile on here. I love playing disc golf...sorry to preach...

I know you weren't doing the doubles but that was the day all the Pins were moved to LSO spots. check out nwdiscgolfnews to read more. dgs is not the only public forum used online. a lot of good stuff is posted on nwdiscgolfnews. I love that most holes at taloali have alternate placements and agree the course got boring because it was the something all the time. just bad timing is all. I'm in favor for pins being moved regularly. just think it could have waited until after LSO is all.

Tentatively, it will look like this:", then has some suggestions from forum-goers, then I see Steve says: "It's still not 100% confirmed." and that was on 4/3. So...what is the BIG DEAL about all this, again..? Everybody needs to take off their stickerbritches and huk some plastic.

I can honestly say that there was no mention of any of that as the reasonings for moving them. I heard that they had been in the same pos for a while, and that the previous key holder had stepped away from the task, and hadn't changed them in a while. I even noticed that cutting the locks was mentioned on a previous post. So, based on that, I figured the course was ripe for some changes. I will say again, no mention, whatsoever, was made about the beef between Lee and Steve when baskets were moved.

I also would be interested as to which pro(s) had a compaint about this. Is there anything PDGA wise that states a course must be in tourney layout prederemined amount of time before event? Also anything PDGA wise about layout can or cannot be modified between rounds? What is general rule of them about this and based on what standard? Thank you

The baskets will be moved back into LSO layout and we just ask that they stay this way until after the event.

funny shit is the ignorant ass wipe <winslow> who posted layout on DGnews created such a bitch fest cause i changed the baskets around for 1 week and then corrected them back to what was said tobe the lso layout acctualy didnt even use the layout posted. acctualy reset the baskets to diffrent pin positions a week prior to the tourney and removed 2 baskets until just days before the lso.

No need to call ahead, they do close to the public every so often due to it being a kids camp, but they usually inform us and we try to keep people in the loop. It's a great course though, definitely worth checking out!
