Edited 9/25/2017: Back 9 is now officially in, with 2 tee pads and 2 baskets on each hole the same as the front 9, so now you have 72 hole combinations out there. Back 9 is longer with more elevation changes than the front. This is a course that will test every aspect of your game. Long Tees are definitely NT-caliber play. Spend the day out there and enjoy it!
Original Review 9/20/2010:

The course is set up great, but definitely needs the back nine put in. Hopefully they get done within the next couple of years but a good start so far

Now that this course is complete with 72 optional holes meaning 2 tee pads and 2 baskets on every hole it is deff day trip worthy this course has the ability of making you use your whole bag!!! LOVE THE BACK 9!!!

A nice little gem between big disc golf cities. The back 9 was just finished. A few really beautiful shots on the front. Hole 5 is a beautiful over the water shot. The. back nine is a great addition. Has a nice variety of shots. The fact that is has two pads and two baskets for every hole makes it worth the trip every time.
Only bad thing I can say is that finding yourself off of the fairway on the wooded holes of the front 9 is definitely going to cost you a few strokes... but that's why it's called a fairway.

GREAT COURSE!!!! Championship style for sure!! Get ready to do some hiking, challenge your knowledge of shot selection, and enjoy the scenic views especially on the back 9!!

It's a beast but it is a fun/challenging course! Woods, water, open shots and elevations...this course has all of these things. Looking forward to some of the trees to come down and open up some more routes.

The disc golf course at Athens Regional Park is a very challenging course with lots of long tight fairways. The course has two tee pads and two baskets per hole which are all playable at any given time. It has a great mix of wooded/open and left/right holes with some water hazards along the course as well. Overall a pretty fun course but I wouldn't exactly consider it a must play. It's not a bad course but I wouldn't travel too far to play it when there are many other courses near by that just s ...

Had the whole course to myself. Easy to navigate. My only complaint is hole 5 missing a bridge & having to walk through the stream connecting to the pond to get to 6.

grass needs cutting, some of the wooded parts could use some cleaning up

Nice course with 4 ways to play each hole. Playing the short to long, lots of opportunities to use a big arm mixed with a decent amount of technical shots. Lots of elevation changes and glad I decided to carry instead of use cart.
