Admiral Farragut Park in Knoxville is home to a short 9 hole disc golf course. This course isn't one of those courses that you are going to see big tournaments at but it is definitely a fun little course to play. This course isn't one of those courses that you are going to see big tournaments at but it is definitely a fun little course to play. I've played this course more than a handful of times and I always have a blast. It's mostly wooded with a few open holes added in the mix also. Short tight fairways make for fun shot shaping and lots of ace runs. Several of the holes here you can just pull out your favorite throwing putter and give the basket a run but there are a few where more than a putter are needed. If you are looking to get a fun and quick round of 9 holes in this is the course for you. There is also the option of lopping the course twice and playing the longer tee positions as there are dual tees for every hole. As I said.. .not a top level course but definitely great for a fun round! If you want to see this course on video, check out the video of my crew playing this course in the videos below...

this is a very nice park. Requires every shot in your bag.

Short 9-hole course great for beginners. Also great for more experienced players looking for a confidence boosting round.

Since it's only 9 holes--and a compact course at that--it's great for stretching your legs during lunch. It has a fun mix of shots, including narrow straight lanes, right and left arcs, open distance shots, and a left-hand-centric water hazard. Good stuff.
