Course is build over disturbed ground: zero trees, zero topsoil, just weeds and a few mud holes! In spring, an annual tall, thick covering of yellow sweet clover makes it marginally to play for losing discs. Once summer heat beats down sweet clover, its a reasonable course. Course sits on edge of a west-facing ridge. Usually windy conditions affects play-ability. Front nine has open fairways to let it fly. Back nine tee boxes and holes follows closely along the length of a barbed wire property fence. It's too close for my skill level especially with the wind and there being no way to get over the fence to retrieve a disc. I like to play the front nine twice and skip the back nine. Be alert, but not overly paranoid for snakes. It is laid out well enough to find next hole without a map. Concrete tee boxes, standard disc cages for holes.
