Refund policy

Withdrawals and Refunds will follow the policies outlined in the PDGA Competition Manual, found at https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. Per PDGA guidelines: 100% REFUND WILL BE OFFERED UP TO 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT less a $10 processing fee. Between 15 and 29 days prior 50% REFUND. Less than 15 days prior and before registration closes 25% REFUND. After registration closes no refund will be provided.

The $10 waitlist fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Waitlist order may be altered in a few special circumstances. For example, if a player in a sponsor designated spot has to withdraw, the sponsor is allowed to designate a new player for that spot. If a player's rating forces them to change divisions, this takes precedence over the waitlist as well. And, as the tournament draws very near, a player on the waitlist not responding in a timely fashion (which varies on timing) can also affect deviating from the waitlist.
