Thank you all for joining us for the 2022 Wildcat Open at the beautiful Cedar Glades Disc Golf Course! Dynamic Discs NWA is honored to host this event this year. This event is Sponsored By Dynamic Discs and we are happy they have stepped up to help.

WEATHER!!! This event is still happening. Bear is coming down early to make sure we are there to see conditions in person. Unless the conditions are so icy we can't get from the hotel to the course in the van, we will be having this event. We know not everyone is local. If you decided you can't get to the event because of snow/ice, then we will issue you a full refund. IF THIS EVENT IS CANCELLED, WE WILL LET YOU KNOW ASAP VIA EMAIL!!!!!! Check your email early and often.

Due to COVID restrictions, there will be No players meeting or a need to officially check-in. THIS WILL BE YOUR PLAYER'S MEETING!

Bear Faulkner will be your tournament director for this event. If you don't know Bear, come up and shake his hand. He's much more patient and kind than that cranky old Matt.

Head Quarters: will be at the Pavilion near hole 1.

PLAYER PACKS: All Amateurs will receive their choice of a stock stamp disc, mini, and sticker. Player packs can be picked up before your first round or at lunch.

PLAYER LUNCH! David Jesse will have lunch on the spot if you don't want to leave. Dave will have: Hickory smoked bbq pork sandwiches, potato salad,chips, drinks, cookies $10. Limited amount of chicken available text Dave at 786-514-7593 to reserve chicken.

Round 2: 1:45 p.m. Shotgun Start Everyone Playing Shorts ( time subject to change. Check the pdga event page for the official tee time.)

SCORING:

Rule 808 Scoring must be followed without exception. Each group may also take a paper scorecard if they choose.

PAYOUT:
AM payout will be done via the Dynamic Discs Van. Am's can find their payout at this google doc after their round:

PRO payout will go out on the first business day after the event via Paypal. Please confirm your Paypal address before you leave if you cash.

Ties:
First place ties must be broken via a sudden-death playoff. We will be playing a 3 hole loop of 1-2-18 until we have a winner.

Ace Pot:
If you've signed up for the ace pot, we will have an ace pot throw-off if no ace is hit. Do not leave before you throw.

OB:
OB will be listed on the PDGA live scoring, attached below, and in the "ABOUT" section of the discgolfscene.com page where you signed up for the event. There will be no physical paper OB sheet.

AM Payout will be done via the Dynamic Discs Northwest Arkansas van.

Pro Payout will be done electronically on the first business day following the event via Paypal

NO CHANGES OF DIVISION WITHIN 48HRS OF EVENT!

Ace pot payouts will be done electronically via Paypal, Venmo or Cashapp. If no ace is hit, we will throw off for the ace pot.

All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a NON PLAYING parent or guardian as instructed by 1.13 Youth Safety in the competition manual.

All hole assignments will be done randomly via the PDGA tournament manager. We cannot guarantee who you will be playing with.

If there is an odd number in your division, you may be paired up with another division for the first round. DO NOT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE NOT OK WITH THIS. After the first round, we will go by score.

Dynamic Discs Northwest Arkansas is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
OFFICIAL REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY FOR 2022
*If you need to cancel for any event, it MUST be made by email to [email redacted] Cancellations more than 3 days in advance from the event will receive a full refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. Cancellations under 3 days from the tournament date will receive a 75% refund minus a $5 processing and cancellation fee. If you fail to contact us to cancel your spot prior to the start of the event, you will forfeit your entry fee for that event. No player’s packages will be given to non-competitors in lieu of entry fees or store credit. While this policy will be in effect for the 2022 season, it may change for specific events.
