Westy Acres September Monthly presented by Lumber Dogs

Join us at the Westy Flex Monthly on the 2nd Friday of each month. This is a group of relaxed, flex start PDGA events that are a great way to get in a PDGA rated round while meeting new disc golfers.

This will be a 1 round flex start event. Players will select a tee time between 9:00 AM and 12:40 PM during registration.

The Westy Monthly uses ratings based divisions. The PDGA divisions and ratings caps are RPA (Gold 970+), RAH (Blue <970), RAD (White <935), RAE (Red <900), RAF (Green <850), RAG (Purple <800).

The per division layouts for this event will be
RPA(Gold), RAH(Blue), RAD(White): White tees
RAE(Red), RAF(Green), RAG(Purple): Red tees

EVENT FEES:
$30 entry per player which gets you:
- A player pack worth a minimum of $10
- $2 to the PDGA
- $3 Fee to pay for bathrooms and other course support
- A PDGA rated round
- Buckets of fun
- The rest goes to prize payouts.

PLAYERS PACKS
All players registered will receive a $10 Westy Bucks credit towards Westy Merch and new and used discs.

PAYOUTS
The RPA (Professional) division pays 40% of the top finishers in cash. The other amateur divisions pay 45% of the top finishers. All amateur prize payouts are paid in Westy Bucks.

WESTY MONTHLY POINTS SERIES
The Westy Monthly Points series will consist of the 8 Westy Monthly C-Tiers (starting with the December '23 one) plus Westy Open Weekend (WOW) '24.

For the points series players will be awarded points based on how they place in their division. After the September Monthly we will invite the top 4 points getters in each ratings based division to a match play tournament. Each competitor will play 3 matches round-robin style to determine an overall champion and runners-up in each division.

PLAYER INFORMATION
Additional details and notes will be emailed to each player before the event. Please note that once online registration closes, tee times may be adjusted slightly to ensure all groups have 3 or 4 players.

All refunds will follow the PDGA Policy in 1.03 of the Competition Manual (https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103). A $10 fee may be assessed to all refund requests as outlined in the PDGA Policy.

There will be no refunds issued after registration is closed.
