1. There will be no player meeting on the morning of the event. This email is your player meeting. EVERY player must check-in before they go out to the course. Failure to check-in at with Matt or Bear could result in disqualification. At check-in, please grab a paper scorecard for double-checking live scoring. Am players will also be able to pick out their player pack disc. After you have checked in, please leave the tournament headquarters area and do not linger. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR CHECK IN!!!!

2. There will be no scoreboard for this event. You will find out what hole you start on by going to the PDGA event page located at https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/48942. Round 1 hole assignments should be posted by 7:00 p.m. tomorrow night. The same thing goes for the second round. Scores will also be located on the page after each round.

3. There should be 2 people from each group keeping score. 1 person should volunteer to keep the score on a traditional paper card or UDisc. DO NOT PASS THE CARD. A second person should volunteer to keep the official score using the PDGA Digital Scorecard. You can access this by going to www.pdga.com/score on your mobile device. It will ask you to enter a passcode for the event. THE PASSCODE IS "MUD". From there the players on your card should already be pre-loaded. Just keep the score like normal and confirm the scores at the end. Paper cards do not need to be turned in!

4. Second-round tee time will be 1:45 p.m. unless something changes. If there is a change we will post on all the local Facebook pages as well as send out an email. Make sure you're back on your hole in plenty of time to tee off. Your second round hole assignment will also be found on the PDGA webpage.

5. We will have water on the course. PLEASE USE THE HAND SANITIZER PROVIDED BEFORE DISPENSING WATER!!! IF YOU HAVE A PREEXISTING CONDITION IT IS RECOMMENDED YOU BRING YOUR OWN HYDRATION!!!

6. There will be no awards. Once your round is over, please head home. Do not linger in the parking lot near tournament headquarters.

7. The payout for the AMS will be at the Dynamic Discs Northwest Arkansas store ready to go as soon as possible. We will be staying open until 6:30 p.m. on Saturday to make sure that if you need to get your payout before you head home, that you can. If you are local, you can pick it up anytime you want. Pro payout will be via Paypal on Monday morning. Please let me know if your PayPal address is different than the one you signed up with.

8. This is a PDGA event. We want everyone to have fun but anyone caught breaking the substance policy during the round WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!

9.Here are a few social distancing rules that will be in effect. If you violate these, you WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!!!
- Only 1 person inside the "circle" at a time. This means everyone needs to be outside of the 32-foot circle to give everyone room to putt and tap out. Please give everyone plenty of distance to tap out. - If there is a backup, and there will be, you should not congregate with the card in front of you. Please stay at least 20 feet behind the group in front of you. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT CONGRETATING WITH THE GROUP IN FRONT OF YOU, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED!!!-If you bring a non-competitor with you such as a caddy or girlfriend/boyfriend/friend, they are also subject to all these rules. Please make sure everyone is being safe and following the social distancing guidelines.

10. These courses are pretty easy with the out of bounds. The only OB that you need to worry about all day is:
A. Don't throw on or across any walking path. B. Don't throw in the lake.
C. Don't throw on or across any roads.
D. Hole 15 at Northshore is a double mandatory. If the mandatory is missed, proceed to the drop zone with a 1 stroke penalty.

11. It's going to be MUDDY and there could possibly be rain late in the day on Saturday. Be prepared and don't forget towels, extra socks, extra shoes, umbrellas, rain jackets, etc.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me. Stay dry and play well!
